A strict quality management system is observed in compliance with the highest international standards to ensure the provision of carefully selected healthy meat that is of the highest quality and freshness through a meticulous microbiological analysis process which takes place at various stages of the production cycle in our laboratories. A transparent labelling system ensures the traceability of each of our products – we want our customers to know exactly what they are buying. This traceability protocol using product identification codes ensures that the product can be tracked from breeding to processing to delivery.

Hygiene and Sanitisation

A self-control procedure based on HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) principles ensures a thorough risk analysis in order to prevent food contamination in any of the production steps and departments, where biological and chemical contamination may occur. This is done by adhering to correct storage temperatures of the meat, impeccable hygiene practiced by the operators and constant santisation of our facilities.
