Rabbit

The rabbit meat at Ta’ Gauci is sourced from farms in Europe, mostly in Spain – guaranteed to be of prime quality.

A lean, tender and delicately-flavoured meat, rabbit is an excellent alternative to chicken. Hailed as the traditional dish at any Maltese table but also a delicacy in other parts of the world such as France, rabbit is a versatile meat that can be enjoyed in several ways and prepared in a myriad of methods.

Rabbit meat is rich in Omega-3 and an excellent source of B vitamins, phosphorus, potassium and selenium, amongst other vitamins and minerals.
